Your order is processed and shipped from our partner’s warehouse.
The average delivery time is 8–12 working days, depending on the destination country and local delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation and, where applicable, a tracking link.
You can check the status of your order here:

• Track my order
• or by clicking “Track order” at the bottom of the page.

We deliver worldwide with no minimum order.
In most cases, delivery is free, with the exception of certain remote regions.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
You’ll find more information on the Delivery Policy page.

If your order contains several products, they may be shipped
in separate parcels depending on stock availability.
Not to worry — the remaining products usually arrive shortly afterwards.

A problem with your delivery — a delay, a lost or damaged parcel?

Our online shop, operated by AV WEBSHOP, LLC, is responsible for the safe arrival of your delivery.
We don’t pass the responsibility on to the courier — in the event of a confirmed problem, we’ll send
a new parcel free of charge.
